Delivery during the exhibition
During the 3 days of the exhibition, before the doors open to the public, you can deliver goods to your stand between 7.30am and 9am, using trolleys/carts on wheels only.
(Exhibitor badge required for access before visitors)

Opening hours for the public :

- Wednesday 10/22 : 9am to 7pm
- Thursday 10/23 : 9am to 9pm
- Friday 10/24 : 9am to 6pm

CATERING DELIVERY - SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS - ACCESS TO THE PARK

From the time the doors open to the public (after 8:30 a.m.), vehicles (cars, trucks, etc.) are STRICTLY PROHIBITED from entering the Parc Expo grounds.
Therefore, all deliveries requiring the use of a vehicle (car/truck) must be made before 8:30 am.

In the event of an ESSENTIAL delivery during public opening hours:
A specific procedure is in place:

Access is authorized ONLY for a quick stop in the holding area.
- Gate B or Gate G (see site map)
- Quick unloading of equipment or goods.
- The vehicle must then be parked in the visitor parking.
Transporting equipment to the booth:
- Entry to the Park is on foot with the equipment.
- Please bring a cart, hand truck, or pallet jack to transport your items to your booth.

Please strictly follow these instructions to ensure everyone's safety and the smooth running of the event.

All goods must be received by the exhibitor or their representative.
Under no circumstances will the organizer accept your packages and accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to packages.

PARKING DURING THE EXHIBITION

2 exhibitor parking badges which you can download later.

- Exhibitors in halls 1 - 1A - 2 - 3 - 4 - 7 - 8 - 11 : Car Park C ( Orange sticker)
- Exhibitors in halls 5 - 9 - 10A - 10B - Terraces : Car Park A ( Green sticker)
For information, parking is free for the duration of the exhibition.
