Delivery during the exhibition
During the 3 days of the exhibition, before the doors open to the public, you can deliver goods to your stand between 7.30am and 9am, using trolleys/carts on wheels only.
(Exhibitor badge required for access before visitors)

Opening hours for the public :

- Wednesday 18th : 9am to 7pm
- Thursday 19th : 9am to 9pm
- Friday 20th : 9am to 6pm

DELIVERY DURING THE EXHIBITION

Signing for packages: All merchandise must be signed for by the exhibitor or a representative.
In no case will the organiser sign for your packages. The organiser is in no way responsible for any loss, theft, damage or deterioration of packages.

Deliveries :

To ensure everyone's safety, deliveries to the stands must be made between 7.30 am and 8.30 am (before opening to the public). (avant ouverture au public).
Once the delivery has been made, the vehicle MUST go and park in the car park.
Only deliveries of fresh and/or hot products will be accepted during Show opening hours (Access Door G)..
The security service will validate the need to deliver by vehicle or not.

PARKING DURING THE EXHIBITION

2 exhibitor parking badges which you can download later.

- Exhibitors in halls 1 - 1A - 2 - 3 - 4 - 7 - 8 - 11 : Car Park C ( Orange sticker)
- Exhibitors in halls 5 - 9 - 10A - 10B - Terraces : Car Park A ( Green sticker)
For information, parking is free for the duration of the exhibition.
