For safety reasons, only official service providers will be allowed to use motorised handling equipment throughout the Rennes exhibition centre.

In fact, only these 2 service providers are approved and present in the regulation system set up to receive your equipment and transport it to your stand.
The days before the show opens (20th and 21th October) are very busy days for deliveries!

On Thursday 16 October, our official service providers will be able to store your equipment and deliver it to your stand from Friday 17 October.
Reminder: setting-up does not begin until 8 a.m. on Friday 17 October 2025 - No exceptions.

BENEFITS :
- Considerable time saving for your carrier (no waiting) and your teams when installing your equipment on the stand, as it is stored in the park.
- Reduction of possible costs for the carrier, due to waiting time, and for your teams.

These 2 service providers are part of the ARTIBAT exhibition’s General Coordination Plan, meaning you do not need to declare them on your Safety Notice card.
  
 Storing bottles of gas (for inflatable balls, for example) is forbidden inside the halls.
